Bottega VenetaIntrecciato Bag

Q: What typically fits inside this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Bag?
A: With approximate dimensions of 27 x 13 x 11 cm, it is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, card holder or small wallet, keys, sunglasses and a few small cosmetics. It is a compact vintage bag rather than a large carryall, so bulkier items may be a tight fit.

Q: Is this bag black?
A: Yes. The product colour is black, and it is finished with a brown suede lining for a refined vintage contrast.

Q: Does the bag close securely?
A: Yes. This piece has a zip closure, which helps keep your belongings secure and makes it practical for everyday use.

Q: How can this bag be carried?
A: The bag features a single flat strap. As strap measurements are not listed in the product information, we recommend reviewing the images to get the best sense of how it will sit when carried.

Q: What is Intrecciato?
A: Intrecciato is Bottega Veneta’s signature woven leather technique and one of the house’s most recognisable design details. It gives the bag a timeless, understated luxury look.

Q: What condition should I expect?
A: The overall condition is very good. The exterior shows scuffing on the corners and wear on the strap, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this item come with anything extra?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no extras included.

Q: How should I care for a vintage Intrecciato leather bag?
A: Store it away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, avoid overfilling it, and gently wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth. Because this piece is vintage and has suede lining, it is best to avoid water, colour transfer and harsh cleaning products.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this piece is Italy.

Q: How do I know it is authentic?
A: A Retro Tale specialises in authentic luxury vintage pieces. If you would like any extra reassurance before purchase, you can always contact customer service for further product information.
