A: The listed measurements are 1.5 cm in height and 1.5 cm in width.

Q: What condition are these earrings in?
A: These pre-owned earrings are in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are these earrings made from solid gold?
A: The product information lists the colour as gold, but does not specify the metal composition or gold purity. The gold colour should not be taken as confirmation that they are solid gold. The embellishments are described as rhinestones.

A: The fastening type is not specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale for confirmation before purchasing if you require a particular fastening.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Q: Do these earrings come with a box?
A: Yes, a box is included according to the product information. No additional items are listed.

Q: How should I clean these rhinestone earrings?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to preserve their shine. Chanel advises against cleaning costume jewellery with water, soap, detergents or chemical solutions, as these may damage or discolour the finish.

Q: Can I wear these earrings in the shower or while exercising?
A: Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising. Chanel recommends avoiding water and protecting costume jewellery from knocks and scratches. Apply perfume and make-up before putting the earrings on. If they become wet, gently dab them dry with a soft, absorbent, non-pilling cloth.

Q: How should I store these earrings?
A: Keep them separate from other jewellery to avoid scratches, ideally in individual soft pouches within the included box. Avoid moisture and prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light or heat. Pouches are not listed as included in the product information.
