ChanelCoco Mark Pearl Dangling Earrings

Q: Are these earrings for pierced ears?
A: Yes. This pair has a push-back closure, so they are designed for pierced ears rather than clip-on wear.

Q: Are the pearls real?
A: No. The design features faux pearl and crystal embellishments in gold-tone metal, which is typical of Chanel costume jewellery styling.

Q: What size are they?
A: They measure approximately 5 cm in height, 1.7 cm in width and 0.5 cm in depth. The drop gives them a noticeable statement look while still remaining elegant.

Q: What condition are they in?
A: They are listed in very good vintage condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light surface scratches.

Q: Where were they made?
A: The country of origin label states France.

Q: What is included with the earrings?
A: No extras are included with this pair. If a box, pouch or card is not listed in the product information, it is not included.

Q: How should I care for vintage Chanel costume jewellery?
A: Apply perfume, hairspray and makeup before putting them on, and avoid water, soap, detergent and other chemicals. After wearing, wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth and store them separately in a dry place.

Q: Can I wear them every day?
A: They can be worn regularly, but vintage costume jewellery is best treated with care. Repeated exposure to moisture, cosmetics and friction can dull the finish and affect the lustre of faux pearls over time.

Q: How do you authenticate vintage Chanel earrings?
A: Authentication should never rely on a stamp alone. Trusted checks include overall construction, finish, weight, hardware quality, markings and design consistency. At A Retro Tale, every item is reviewed by in-house experts before sale.
