Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: This bag measures 14 cm wide, 9 cm high and 4 cm deep. These compact dimensions make it an option for carrying a minimal selection of essentials rather than a full everyday bag.

Q: What can I fit inside this Extra Mini bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it is best suited to small essentials such as cards, a lipstick and a small key. The exact combination will depend on the size of each item and the available interior space. Avoid overfilling or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit is not confirmed for this specific bag. Compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with the bag's 14 × 9 × 4 cm measurements, remembering that the usable interior is smaller. Do not assume that a phone will fit simply because it fits another Chanel Mini model.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: The listed strap measurement is 60 cm, but the product data does not specify whether this is the full length or the strap drop. Crossbody suitability therefore cannot be confirmed from this measurement alone. Please ask for clarification if the carrying length is important to you.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

RETURNS

A Retro Tale offers 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order.

In order to request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.

Please note that all return shipments to A Retro Tale must be traceable. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed and your refund is processed. Return shipping costs will be covered by A Retro Tale, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: An authenticity card is listed in the product information. A box and dust bag are not listed, so they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: CHANEL recommends avoiding overfilling and prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Use a soft cloth for gentle care and avoid products that could damage the finish. If the bag gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the chain and charms to help prevent contact marks.
