Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: The recorded width is 31 cm. Height, depth and strap measurements are not provided, so please request these if you need to check the bag's proportions or fit.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: The Jumbo size is worth considering if you carry everyday essentials such as a phone, purse and keys. However, width alone does not confirm usable capacity. As the height and depth are not recorded, the fit of larger items or a laptop cannot be confirmed.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed because the strap length and drop are not recorded. Please request these measurements and compare them with your preferred carrying position.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

RETURNS

A Retro Tale offers 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order.

In order to request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email.

Please note that all return shipments to A Retro Tale must be traceable. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed and your refund is processed. Return shipping costs will be covered by A Retro Tale, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.

A: This Chanel Jumbo 2.55 Flap Bag is black, and its recorded country of origin is France.

Q: Is this bag made from lambskin, caviar leather or aged calfskin?
A: The condition notes refer to leather, but the specific leather type is not stated in the product information. Please request confirmation rather than assuming the material from the model name.

Q: Does this bag have a serial number?
A: The recorded serial number is 15910600. A production year is not provided, and a serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid overfilling it. Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat, humidity, perfume and other chemicals. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting any chain or strap from pressing against the leather. Avoid applying care products without specialist advice for the specific leather.
