Q: How should I clean and protect this bag?
A: Chanel recommends using a soft cloth and avoiding care products that could damage the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, gently dry it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. As the material is not specified, seek material-specific advice before applying any cleaner or conditioner.

Q: How should I store this quilted tote?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering any straps or chains to prevent contact marks. Avoid overfilling it, and keep it away from prolonged exposure to light and moisture.
