Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Trendy CC Wallet on Chain?
A: It measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 4 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 63 cm.

Q: What fits inside?
A: This compact wallet-on-chain is best suited to cards, keys and a few small essentials. A phone may fit depending on its size and case, but please compare its dimensions with the bag’s measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can I wear it on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: It has a chain strap for hands-free wear. Whether the listed 63 cm strap measurement gives you a comfortable shoulder or crossbody fit will depend on your height and preferred position.

Q: Is this a full-size Trendy CC handbag?
A: No. This is the mini Trendy CC Wallet on Chain, a more compact style intended for essentials rather than the capacity of a full-size handbag.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is in very good pre-owned condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is it, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black and its country-of-origin label states France.

Q: Does it come with an authenticity card or box?
A: The listed accessory is a serial number tag. An authenticity card and box are not listed as included; please check the product information for the included accessory.

Q: How is its authenticity checked?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees authenticity and has its experts review details such as construction, stitching and hardware. The listed serial number is 24544841, but a serial number alone should not be treated as proof of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products, prolonged sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with a non-pilling cloth. When storing it, keep the chain from pressing against the bag.
