FerragamoSuede Hobo Bag

Q: What are the dimensions of this Ferragamo bag?
A: It measures approximately 38 cm wide, 23 cm high and 2 cm deep. The product information also lists a strap measurement of 20 cm, but does not specify whether this is the strap length or drop.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: Its wide, shallow shape is suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and other slim items. The listed depth is 2 cm, so please check your belongings against the measurements rather than assuming a laptop or bulky items will fit.

Q: What colour and material is the bag?
A: This Ferragamo hobo bag is listed as brown with a suede exterior.

Q: What condition is it in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. There is a stain on the suede, light traces of use inside and light scratches on the otherwise shiny hardware. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: Can the existing suede stain be removed?
A: Stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Avoid rubbing or wetting the suede; a specialist suede cleaner can assess the mark if you wish to explore treatment.

Q: Can I carry a suede bag in the rain?
A: It is best to avoid rain and other moisture, which can mark or damage suede. If the bag becomes damp, allow it to air-dry naturally away from direct heat.

Q: How should I care for and store the bag?
A: Gently brush dry suede with a suitable suede brush, avoiding vigorous treatment around the existing stain. Store the bag away from direct sunlight and moisture, with light stuffing to help it retain its shape.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are listed as included. Refer to the product information for the contents of this particular purchase.

Q: Is the bag authentic, and where was it made?
A: A Retro Tale authenticates the pre-owned items it sells. The product information lists Italy as this bag’s country of origin.
