Q: What typically fits inside the Medium Bamboo 1947?
A: A large smartphone, small wallet, cardholder, keys, sunglasses in a soft case, and a few small cosmetics. It is not designed for a tablet, A5 notebook upright, or a standard water bottle. Capacity depends on how you pack—please refer to the measurements above.

Q: Is the handle real bamboo and will it age?
A: Yes. Gucci crafts the curved handle from real bamboo that is heated and shaped by artisans. Natural variations and a gentle patina over time are normal and part of the bag’s character.

Q: How secure is the closure?
A: The flap fastens with a bamboo turn‑lock. It is a firm, reliable closure designed for daily use while keeping essentials secure.

Q: How should I care for the bamboo handle, canvas and leather trim?
A: Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight, heat and humidity. Wipe canvas and leather with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh cleaners. Keep the bamboo dry; if it gets damp, blot and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Store stuffed, in its dust bag, with the handle resting naturally to prevent pressure marks. Avoid colour transfer from dark fabrics.

Q: Is the shoulder strap adjustable?
A: The strap on this piece is detachable; length is approx. 50 cm drop. It is not designed for multi‑hole adjustment. Many wear it as a shoulder strap or a higher crossbody depending on frame.
