HermèsEvelyne 16 TPM Taurillon Clemence Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Hermès Evelyne 16 TPM?
A: The Evelyne 16 TPM is best suited to daily essentials. It will generally fit a phone, cardholder or small wallet, keys, lip balm, and a few compact personal items. Because this bag measures 18 x 18 x 5 cm, it is ideal for light everyday use rather than bulkier items such as a water bottle or large purse.

Q: Is this the smallest Evelyne size?
A: Yes. The 16 TPM, also known as the Mini Evelyne, is the smallest regular size in the Evelyne family. It is popular for those who want a lightweight, hands-free crossbody with a compact footprint.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Yes. The Evelyne 16 TPM is designed to be worn crossbody and can also sit as a long shoulder bag depending on your height and styling preference. For this specific item, the strap measurement listed is 58 cm, so we recommend checking that against a favourite bag at home for the best fit reference.

Q: Is the strap adjustable or removable?
A: Evelyne TPM bags are commonly found with a long fabric strap intended for easy crossbody wear. On this style, the strap is typically removable, but it is not usually adjustable in the way some larger Evelyne versions are. If strap configuration is especially important to you, please review the photos and product information carefully.

Q: What is Taurillon Clemence leather like?
A: Taurillon Clemence is a soft, grained Hermès leather known for its supple feel and relaxed look. It is loved for its casual elegance and comfortable day-to-day wear. The grain also helps disguise minor handling marks better than many smooth leathers, though like all luxury leather it should still be handled with care and kept away from rain, oils, and rough surfaces.

Q: What is the perforated H for?
A: The Evelyne’s perforated H is one of the bag’s signature details. The design has equestrian roots and was originally intended to help ventilate grooming tools. Many owners now wear the H facing outward as a recognisable design feature, although historically it was meant to sit against the body.

Q: Does the Hermès Evelyne 16 TPM have lots of compartments?
A: No. One of the reasons the Evelyne is so practical is its simple construction. It usually features a lightweight, unlined interior with an easy-access main compartment rather than multiple internal sections. That makes it convenient for essentials, but organisers or pouches can be helpful if you like more structure inside your bag.

Q: What is included with this item, and what is its condition?
A: According to the product information, this bag includes a dustbag. The overall condition is listed as Excellent Condition, with light traces of use to the exterior and interior, and shiny hardware with light scratches. As with all pre-owned items, we recommend reviewing the photos and product information for the most accurate impression of this exact piece.

Q: What does the K 2025 stamp mean?
A: The product information lists the serial number as K 2025, indicating a 2025 production stamp for this specific bag. For collectors and second-hand buyers, the stamp can be a useful reference point when assessing the age of the piece alongside its materials, construction, and overall condition.
