Q: Do the earrings come with a box?
A: Yes, a box is included. Please refer to the product information for the full details of what accompanies this pair.

Q: What inspired the Farandole design?
A: The Farandole collection draws on Hermès’ Chaîne d’ancre motif, inspired by the shape of nautical anchor chains.

Q: Can silver earrings tarnish over time?
A: Yes, silver can naturally tarnish. This is not necessarily a flaw. Protecting your earrings from humidity, intense heat and chemicals helps preserve their appearance.

Q: How should I clean these earrings?
A: Gently buff fingerprints or slight tarnishing with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid aggressive rubbing or abrasive cleaning methods. For heavy tarnishing, ask an Hermès boutique about professional cleaning.

Q: Can I wear these earrings while swimming or exercising?
A: Hermès recommends removing jewellery before swimming, exercise and household cleaning. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, chlorinated water and salt water.

Q: How should I store the earrings?
A: Store them separately from other jewellery in a protective case or individual soft pouches, away from humidity and intense heat. Keeping the pieces apart helps prevent scratches and tangling.

Q: Can I wear these earrings regularly?
A: Yes, regular wear is compatible with Hermès’ silver jewellery care guidance and can help slow natural tarnishing. Take them off for activities that could expose them to knocks, chemicals or water.
