Q: What is the Hermès Pegasus Scarf Ring used for?
A: It is an accessory for arranging a scarf and adding a decorative finishing touch to your outfit. It offers an alternative to styling your scarf with a knot alone.

Q: How do I use a scarf ring?
A: Fold your scarf into a narrow band, drape it around your neck and gently guide the ends through the ring’s opening. Adjust the position and drape without pulling or forcing the fabric.

Q: What are the measurements of this scarf ring?
A: This piece measures approximately 5 cm in height and 5 cm in width. These are its overall dimensions, not the measurements of the opening through which the scarf passes.

Q: Will it fit a 90 cm scarf or a Twilly?
A: The product information does not specify compatible scarf sizes or the opening dimensions, so a particular fit cannot be guaranteed. Suitability depends on the scarf’s thickness and how it is folded. The fabric should pass through comfortably without being forced.

Q: Is this scarf ring made from solid silver?
A: The listed colour is silver, but the material and metal finish are not specified in the product information. The colour description should not be taken as confirmation that it is solid silver or sterling silver.

Q: What condition is this particular piece in?
A: This pre-owned scarf ring is graded Very Good Condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny and has light scratches, so it is not described as pristine or unworn.

Q: Could a scarf ring snag a silk scarf?
A: Rough edges can catch delicate silk. Before use, check the surfaces that will touch the fabric and guide the scarf through gently. Stop if you feel resistance, and avoid tugging the silk through a tight opening.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a soft pouch to minimise scratches. Avoid moisture, perfume and household chemicals. As the metal finish is unspecified, do not use silver polish or abrasive cleaners without first confirming suitable care.

Q: Does it come with a scarf, box or dust bag?
A: No accessories are included with this piece, as stated in the product information. A scarf, box and dust bag are not included.
