HermèsRivale Double Tour Bracelet

Q: What wrist size does this Hermès Rivale Double Tour Bracelet fit?
A: This piece has a bracelet perimeter of 14.6 cm and a width of 1.2 cm. It is listed as size 16, so it is best suited to a slim wrist and is designed to wrap twice around the wrist for a close, elegant fit. For the best idea of fit, please compare the 14.6 cm perimeter with a bracelet you already wear comfortably.

Q: How does the Double Tour style sit on the wrist?
A: The Double Tour design wraps twice around the wrist, giving a layered look while still feeling refined and lightweight. Rivale bracelets are generally intended to sit fairly snugly rather than sliding freely, so this style should feel secure without being uncomfortably tight.

Q: What are the signature details of the Rivale bracelet?
A: The Rivale is known for its slim leather strap, double-wrap construction, and the signature Medor stud and ring details inspired by Hermès designs. This example comes in black, making it especially versatile for everyday wear.

Q: What condition is this bracelet in?
A: This bracelet is in Very Good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful previous wear and is reflected in the overall condition assessment.

Q: How should I care for a leather Hermès bracelet like this?
A: To keep it looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store it away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid contact with water, perfume, hand cream, and sanitiser, as these can affect both the leather and the hardware over time.

Q: Will the leather soften or change over time?
A: Yes. Like most fine leather bracelets, the strap may become slightly more supple with wear and develop a natural patina. This is normal and part of the character of leather, but it is still best to avoid over-bending or pulling the bracelet when fastening it.

Q: What is included with this bracelet?
A: Please refer to the product information for the included items. For this piece, the product information states that it comes with a box and present bag.

Q: Is this bracelet suitable for stacking with other jewellery?
A: Yes. With its slim 1.2 cm width and double-wrap silhouette, the Rivale Double Tour layers beautifully with a watch, bangles, or fine bracelets. Many buyers choose it for exactly that reason, while others prefer to wear it alone as a subtle statement piece.

Q: How do you authenticate a pre-owned Hermès bracelet?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is carefully checked for authenticity by specialists. For pre-owned Hermès jewellery, this typically includes reviewing construction, leather quality, hardware, stamps, and overall craftsmanship to ensure the piece meets expected standards.
