Q: Which Hublot model is this, and what year is it from?
A: This is the Hublot Classic Fusion Titanium 42mm, reference 542.NX.1171.RX. This particular watch is listed as a 2022 piece, with Switzerland recorded as its country of origin.

Q: What condition is this watch in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition overall. The exterior shows light traces of use, the internal condition is rated Very Good, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned watch rather than an unworn example.

Q: How large is the watch, and will it fit my wrist?
A: The case diameter is 42mm. Wrist fit also depends on your wrist shape and the fitted strap length, which is not specified in the product information. If you are unsure about sizing, ask for confirmation of the strap’s adjustment range before purchasing.

Q: What are the benefits of the titanium case?
A: Titanium offers a lightweight feel and resistance to corrosion, making it a practical choice for regular wear. It is not scratch-proof: this watch is already described as having light signs of use and light scratches on its hardware.

Q: Is this an automatic watch or a battery-powered watch?
A: This Classic Fusion reference is an automatic mechanical watch, rather than a quartz model. Normal wrist movement winds the movement, although it can stop when left unworn and may need winding and resetting before use.

Q: Can I swim or shower while wearing it?
A: The model has a nominal water-resistance rating of 50 metres, or 5 ATM. However, this pre-owned watch’s current pressure-test status is not provided, so the original rating should not be treated as confirmation of its present water resistance. Have it checked by an authorised Hublot service centre before swimming or other water exposure.

Q: What is included with the watch?
A: The product information describes this watch as a full set and explicitly lists a box. For confirmation of the exact documents and any additional items supplied, please contact A Retro Tale before purchasing. The full-set description alone does not confirm an active manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: Has this watch been serviced, and how often should it be checked?
A: No service date or service history is specified in the product information. The Very Good internal condition rating should not be taken as confirmation of a recent service. Hublot recommends a complete check-up every three to five years to help preserve the watch’s performance and water resistance.

Q: How should I care for this pre-owned Hublot?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft cloth and avoid strong magnetic fields, knocks and harsh cleaning products. As its current water resistance is unconfirmed, avoid immersing it for cleaning. Have an authorised Hublot service centre assess any changes in timekeeping or signs of moisture.
