Q: What size is this Loewe Amazona 32 Suede Bag?
A: According to the product information, this bag measures approximately 32 cm wide, 29 cm high and 15 cm deep, with an 11 cm handle drop. The 32 size is known for offering a practical everyday shape with a structured top-handle silhouette.

Q: What typically fits inside the Amazona 32?
A: The Amazona 32 is generally considered a roomy everyday bag. It should comfortably hold daily essentials such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses case, small cosmetics pouch and a compact notebook or tablet, while still keeping its classic shape. Please use the listed measurements as the best guide for your own items.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This specific item should be considered a handheld or crook-of-arm style bag. The product information lists no strap, and the handle drop is approximately 11 cm, so it is not intended as a crossbody bag and may be too short for comfortable shoulder wear for most people.

Q: Does this bag come with a strap, padlock or any other extras?
A: No. The product information states no accessories are included. If an extra item is not listed in the product information, it should not be expected with the bag.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior shows signs of wear on the corners and in the suede material, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is suede a delicate material for everyday use?
A: Suede is luxurious and soft, but it does require a little more care than smooth leather. It can show rubbing, darkening and marking more easily with regular use, so it is best suited to careful everyday wear rather than heavy-duty use. The signs of wear noted in the suede are consistent with the nature of this material over time.

Q: How should I care for this Loewe suede bag?
A: Store it unfilled or lightly stuffed in a soft cloth bag so it keeps its shape without being overfilled. Keep it away from direct heat, strong sunlight, water, oils, perfume and cosmetics. If it gets damp, dab gently with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Because suede can transfer colour, take extra care when wearing it against light-coloured garments.

Q: Is the Loewe Amazona an iconic style?
A: Yes. The Amazona is one of Loewe’s signature bag designs, first introduced in the 1970s and still recognised for its practical top-handle shape and refined construction. For many buyers, that enduring design is part of its appeal on the vintage market.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: According to the product information, this bag was made in Spain, which is closely associated with Loewe’s leather craftsmanship heritage.

Q: How do you assess authenticity on a vintage Loewe bag like this?
A: Authenticity should be judged through the overall construction rather than one detail alone. Typical checkpoints include the quality of the suede and leather, stitching, hardware finish, logo details, interior stamp or tag, country of origin and overall consistency with known Loewe Amazona features. As with all items sold by A Retro Tale, the bag has been vetted before listing.
