Louis VuittonAmfar Three Vanity Star Sharon Stone Bag

Q: What is special about the Louis Vuitton Amfar Three Vanity Star Sharon Stone Bag?
A: This is a limited-edition Louis Vuitton design associated with Sharon Stone and the AMFAR benefit line, which makes it a more collectible vintage style than standard Monogram bags. Its structured shape, shoulder silhouette, and early-2000s appeal make it especially interesting to collectors of rarer Louis Vuitton pieces.

Q: What typically fits inside this bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 30 x 31 x 18 cm, it offers roomy everyday capacity for essentials such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics, and a small tablet or notebook. As always, what fits depends on how you pack, so please refer to the Measurements in the product information for the most accurate guide.

Q: Is this bag designed for shoulder wear or crossbody wear?
A: This piece is best suited to shoulder carry. The strap drop is approximately 33 cm, which gives it a comfortable shoulder fit, but it is not intended as a hands-free crossbody style.

Q: Does this item come with any accessories?
A: The product information lists this piece with no accessories. If you would like to confirm exactly what is included before purchase, please refer to the product information on this page.

Q: What does the date code SL1001 mean?
A: The date code indicates production details typical of Louis Vuitton bags from this era. SL1001 corresponds to a bag made in France in October 2001. As with all Louis Vuitton pieces, the date code helps indicate age and place of manufacture, but authenticity should always be assessed through the bag as a whole rather than by the code alone.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: This bag is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior shows minor signs of wear, scuffing, and marks on the leather trim and strap, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware shows tarnish with light scratches. Please review the product information and images carefully for the best understanding of its vintage condition.

Q: How should I care for the Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: The coated canvas is relatively durable and should be cleaned gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. The natural leather trim is more delicate and can develop patina, marks, or darkening over time, especially from moisture and oils. Avoid rain, direct heat, overfilling, and harsh cleaning products, and store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Q: Can Louis Vuitton repair vintage bags like this one?
A: Louis Vuitton does offer care and repair services through its stores and app, but any repair request is assessed individually. Availability for vintage styles can depend on the age of the bag, the material, and whether replacement parts are still available. For a pre-owned piece, it is best to assume repair is possible but not guaranteed until Louis Vuitton has inspected it.
