Q: What size is this Cabas Piano bag?
A: This bag measures 23 cm wide, 24 cm high and 12 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 25 cm. Please compare these measurements with a bag you already own to get a sense of its size.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: It is suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. We cannot confirm that a laptop will fit; check your device against the bag’s listed dimensions, allowing for the opening and the space needed to close it.

Q: Does the Cabas Piano have a zip closure?
A: The classic Monogram Cabas Piano design has a zip-top closure, which helps keep belongings contained when the bag is carried.

Q: Can I carry it on my shoulder?
A: The Cabas Piano is designed as a shoulder tote with two handles. How it sits will depend on your build and what you are wearing; this bag’s listed handle measurement is 25 cm. No separate shoulder strap is listed.

Q: How does the Piano compare with other Cabas sizes?
A: The Piano is the smallest of the classic Cabas Piano, Mezzo and Alto sizes, making it a more compact choice for everyday use. For this particular bag, rely on the measurements above rather than dimensions given for other Cabas Piano bags.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. As a pre-owned piece, it should not be expected to look new.

Q: What does the code VI 0051 mean?
A: In Louis Vuitton’s date-code format used at the time, VI indicates manufacture in France and 0051 indicates May 2001. A date code identifies a production period and location; it is not, by itself, proof of authenticity.

Q: Are a dust bag, box or other accessories included?
A: No accessories are listed for this bag. Check the product information for the contents of this specific purchase.

Q: How should I care for the bag?
A: Gently wipe the Monogram coated canvas with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep the natural leather trim and base away from moisture and rough surfaces, and blot any water promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and store the bag away from prolonged direct sunlight.
