Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Onthego GM?
A: This bag measures approximately 40 cm wide, 32 cm high and 17 cm deep. These are the measurements recorded for this particular pre-owned piece, rather than the dimensions of the current retail model.

Q: Can the Onthego GM be carried over the shoulder?
A: Yes, the Onthego GM has short top handles for hand carrying and longer straps for shoulder carrying. This item's listed handle and strap measurements are approximately 12 cm and 31 cm respectively. Shoulder fit may vary depending on your build and clothing.

Q: Is this bag suitable for work, and will it fit a laptop?
A: Its spacious tote shape makes it practical for work essentials such as documents, a wallet, a phone and small personal items. Louis Vuitton lists the Monogram canvas GM model as accommodating a 13-inch laptop, but fit has not been verified for this particular piece. Compare your laptop and its sleeve with the listed dimensions before purchasing, allowing room for the opening and other contents.

A: No. This model uses Monogram and Monogram Reverse coated canvas, with an oversized Monogram pattern and contrasting smaller-scale details. It is a canvas tote rather than the embossed leather Onthego version.

Do not use alcohol-based products, harsh cleaners, oils or leather conditioner on the canvas. Avoid abrasive surfaces and overpacking, and store the bag in its dust bag in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin recorded for this particular bag is France. This refers to the listed piece, rather than every Onthego GM produced.
