Q: What material is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Montaigne MM made from?
A: This brown Monogram version is made from coated canvas with natural cowhide leather handles and trim. The Monogram canvas is not leather; the natural leather detailing can develop a darker patina over time.

Q: What are the measurements of this bag?
A: This specific bag measures 30 cm wide × 23 cm high × 11 cm deep. The handle measurement is listed as 10 cm, and the adjustable shoulder strap measurement is listed as 48 cm. Please use these item-specific measurements rather than general Montaigne MM size guides.

Q: What can I fit inside, and will it hold a laptop?
A: It should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small cosmetics pouch, depending on their size and how you pack. Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device and its case with the listed measurements, allowing for the divided interior and opening rather than relying on exterior dimensions alone.

Q: Can the Montaigne MM be carried on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: It can be carried by the top handles, in the crook of your arm or using the included shoulder strap. This item's strap is listed as adjustable, but crossbody suitability is not confirmed. Check the listed strap measurement against your preferred fit before purchasing.

Q: Does the Montaigne MM have a fully zipped closure?
A: The model has a central zipped compartment between two open compartments, rather than a zip that closes the entire top. This layout helps separate your belongings while keeping the outer compartments accessible.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a box, dust bag, shoulder strap, clochette, padlock and key. Only the items listed in the product information are confirmed as included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this particular bag is France.

Q: How should I clean and store the bag?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, keeping moisture away from the natural leather trim. Avoid alcohol, oils, leather lotions and harsh cleaning products on the canvas. If the natural leather gets wet, blot it gently with a light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Store the bag in its dust bag in a ventilated place away from heat, avoid overpacking, and do not use the box for long-term storage.
