Q: What size is this Balenciaga Classic City Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 37 cm wide × 25 cm high × 11 cm deep. The model variant is listed as Small; use these measurements when comparing it with other City bags, as dimensions can vary between versions.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys, sunglasses and a small cosmetics pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the listed dimensions, allowing room for the opening and closure. The exterior measurements alone do not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Q: How can I carry this Classic City Bag?
A: You can carry it by the handles or use the included shoulder strap for shoulder wear. The strap length is not specified in the product information.

Q: Can I wear this bag crossbody?
A: Crossbody suitability cannot be confirmed because the shoulder strap length is not provided. It also depends on your height and preferred carrying position. Please ask for the strap measurement if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: Does this bag come with a mirror and shoulder strap?
A: Yes. The product information lists a shoulder strap and mirror as included. A box, dust bag or authenticity card is not listed, so please do not assume these are included.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition overall. The exterior shows some traces of use, the interior has minor stains, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as unused or like new.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The product colour is listed as green, and the country of origin is Italy. An official Balenciaga shade name is not provided.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Keep it away from water, direct heat and prolonged sunlight, and gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Store it in a breathable protective bag when not in use. As the material is not specified, confirm it before applying any cleaner or conditioner, and seek specialist advice for the existing interior stains.
