For most EU countries, all customs duties and taxes are included in the price, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
However, if you are ordering from Albania, Belarus, Greece, Kosovo, Ireland, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, or Ukraine, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes upon arrival. These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier and are not included in the product price.

How much is the shipping cost?
A Retro Tale offers free shipping to most EU countries, Norway, UK and Åland with the following exceptions: Albania, Belarus, Greece, Kosovo, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, and Ukraine.
Outside EU, Åland and UK: Please note that customers outside of EU, Åland and UK are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the A Retro Tale listed price. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance, holidays etc.

What is the expected delivery time for orders?
We offer secure shipping via Postnord, Budbee Instabox, Bring and UPS with the following delivery time: typically with the following delivery times:
Europe: 1-4 business days.
Outside Europe: 3-6 business days.
All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.
Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual during holidays and sales periods.
Below is a list of Swedish public holidays (red days) in 2025 that may affect our deliveries. On these days, many transport services and terminals are closed or operating at limited capacity.
