Q: What fits inside this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Crossbody Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 38 x 20 x 6 cm, this bag is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, card holder or slim wallet, keys, sunglasses and small cosmetics. Its elongated shape gives good width, while the slim depth keeps the profile sleek rather than bulky.

Q: Can this bag be worn comfortably as a crossbody?
A: Yes. This piece is designed as a crossbody bag and has a strap measurement of 60 cm. As with all vintage bags, the exact fit can vary slightly depending on how you like to wear it and your height, so please refer to the measurements on this page for the best guide.

Q: Is this bag more suitable for everyday use or evenings out?
A: It works well for both. The slim silhouette and Intrecciato weave give it a refined look for evening wear, while the practical crossbody format makes it easy to use during the day for essentials.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This bag is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior shows minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product information and images carefully for the most complete impression.

Q: Does this bag come with any extras?
A: No, this item comes with no extras. Everything included with the purchase is shown in the product information; if something is not listed there, it is not included.

Q: How should I care for an Intrecciato leather bag?
A: Intrecciato woven leather should be handled gently and stored away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. We recommend keeping it lightly stuffed when not in use, avoiding overfilling, and wiping it carefully with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, oils and prolonged friction on the woven surface.

Q: Does the metallic finish need any special care?
A: Yes. Metallic finishes can show rubbing and surface wear more readily than standard leather, especially on corners and high-contact areas. To preserve the finish, avoid rough surfaces, do not overpack the bag, and store it separately from items that could scratch it.

Q: How can I tell if a Bottega Veneta Intrecciato bag is authentic?
A: Buyers commonly look at the quality and consistency of the weave, the feel of the leather, the finishing of the hardware, the interior label details and overall craftsmanship. This bag is made in Italy, and every item sold by A Retro Tale is professionally authenticated before listing.
