Q: What typically fits inside this Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Pouch?
A: With measurements of approximately 17 × 10 × 7 cm, it is best suited to small essentials such as cards, keys, lipstick, earbuds, and other compact daily items. A larger mobile phone or bulkier items may be a tight fit, so we recommend comparing your essentials with the Measurements on this page.

Q: Is this pouch carried by hand or on the shoulder?
A: This piece is best understood as a compact handheld pouch. No strap or handle is listed for this item, so it is intended to be carried in the hand or tucked neatly under the arm.

Q: How does this bag close?
A: It features a zip fastening, which helps keep your essentials secure while maintaining a slim, streamlined shape.

Q: What materials and details does this item have?
A: This vintage piece is crafted in red intrecciato leather and finished with gunmetal hardware. The interior is lined in purple fabric, creating a distinctive contrast inside.

Q: Is this item made in Italy?
A: Yes. The country of origin listed for this piece is Italy.

Q: What is the condition of this item?
A: The exterior and interior are both rated Very Good with light traces of use. The hardware is shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with gentle wear on a vintage item.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This pouch comes with a dust bag.

Q: How should I care for intrecciato leather?
A: We recommend gentle handling and wiping it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid liquids, oils, perfume, make-up, prolonged direct sunlight, heat, and rough surfaces. For storage, keep it in its dust bag and avoid placing heavy items on top of the woven leather.

Q: Is intrecciato leather delicate?
A: Intrecciato leather is beautifully made and durable for normal use, but the woven finish benefits from mindful handling. To help preserve it, avoid dark denim transfer, sharp edges, and friction against abrasive clothing or surfaces.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully checked by our in-house experts. We assess details such as materials, weave, construction, hardware, stamps, and overall craftsmanship before offering a piece for sale.
