CartierPasha C 35mm 2007 Full Set Watch

Q: What size is this Cartier Pasha C, and how does it wear?
A: This watch has a 35 mm case, giving it a refined midsize look that wears neatly on many wrists. It is a strong choice if you prefer a classic, balanced profile rather than an oversized sports watch.

Q: Is this watch automatic or quartz?
A: This Cartier Pasha C is an automatic watch, which means it winds through wrist movement during wear. If it has been left unworn and stops, it will need to be wound and set again before use.

Q: Is the Cartier Pasha C water-resistant?
A: The Pasha line is known for its water-resistant case and screw-down crown cap, and ref. 2324 is commonly associated with a 100 m rating. That said, with any pre-owned watch, real-world water resistance depends on the present condition of the seals and the most recent pressure test, so swimming or submerging it is best avoided unless it has been freshly tested.

Q: How do I set the time on a Pasha C with the chained crown cap?
A: First unscrew the crown cover to reveal the crown, then set the time as needed. Once finished, push the crown back in and carefully screw the crown cover back into place, as this helps maintain the watch’s water resistance.

Q: What does full set mean for this watch?
A: This listing is described as a full set and includes the original box and outer box. For the exact contents included with this 2007 watch, please refer to the product information and listing photos.

Q: Will the bracelet fit my wrist?
A: The bracelet is currently listed as fitting a wrist of up to 18 cm. If your wrist is smaller, links can usually be removed for a closer fit. If your wrist is larger, extra links may be needed unless they are already included in the product information.

Q: What condition is this watch in?
A: The overall condition is listed as very good. Externally it shows normal light wear, the hardware remains shiny with light scratches, and the internal condition is described as good, which is typical for a carefully kept pre-owned watch of this age.

Q: How often should an automatic Cartier watch be serviced?
A: Cartier advises regular servicing for mechanical watches, and official guidance recommends having the movement checked roughly every six years by an authorised service professional. If the watch starts running fast, slow, or stops, it may need attention sooner.

Q: How should I care for a vintage steel Cartier watch like this?
A: Wipe the case and bracelet gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, avoid knocks, chemicals, and strong magnets, and store it in a dry place when not in use. If you have concerns about timing, winding, or water resistance, have it inspected by Cartier or a qualified watch specialist.

Q: How do you authenticate this watch?
A: Every watch at A Retro Tale is carefully vetted by our in-house experts using detailed checks of the case, dial, movement, engravings, serial number, and overall construction. We stand behind the authenticity of the items we sell.
