CelineLeather Belt, Size 75

Q: How do I know if Size 75 will fit me?
A: As a general guide, Céline belt size 75 corresponds to a 75 cm belt measurement. The best way to confirm fit is to compare it with a belt you already wear comfortably, measuring from the buckle pin to the hole you use most often. If you plan to wear it over high-waisted trousers, jeans or dresses, allow for that when comparing.

Q: What width is this belt, and how does it wear?
A: This belt is approximately 2.5 cm wide. That makes it a versatile width: slim enough to look refined with dresses or tailored trousers, while still substantial enough for many jeans and everyday styling.

Q: What condition is this vintage belt in?
A: The overall condition is good, with light traces of use. The leather shows gentle wear consistent with age, and the gold-tone hardware remains shiny with light surface scratches. As a vintage item, minor signs of wear are normal and part of its character.

Q: Is white leather difficult to maintain?
A: White leather can show marks more easily than darker colours, so it is worth handling with a little extra care. To help preserve the finish, avoid friction from dark denim and other dyed fabrics, wipe away surface dirt gently with a soft cloth, and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat.

Q: How should I care for and store this belt?
A: For routine care, wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products. Store it flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place, and avoid tight bending that could stress the leather. If the leather ever feels dry, a leather specialist can advise on a suitable conditioner for light-coloured leather.

Q: Can extra holes be added if needed?
A: In many cases, yes, but because this is a vintage leather belt with stud embellishments, any alteration should be done by an experienced leather specialist. That helps preserve the spacing, symmetry and overall finish of the belt.

Q: Does this item come with any original product information?
A: No additional product information is listed with this item. If an original box, dust bag or authenticity card is not stated on the product page, it should be considered not included.

Q: How do you authenticate a vintage Céline belt?
A: At A Retro Tale, each item is checked by specialists who assess details such as the leather quality, construction, branding, hardware and overall consistency with the house’s standards. We stand behind the authenticity of the pieces we sell, so you can shop vintage with confidence.
