CelineSmall Bucket Cuir Triomphe Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Céline Small Bucket Cuir Triomphe?
A: With approximate measurements of 22 × 20 × 13 cm, it comfortably holds a large smartphone, compact wallet or card holder, keys, sunglasses in a soft case, hand sanitiser, and small beauty essentials. A slim A6 notebook or compact diary also fits. Capacity varies by how you pack—please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact dimensions.

Q: How can I carry this bag, and is the strap crossbody-friendly?
A: It features a single adjustable shoulder strap and can be worn on the shoulder or crossbody. The strap drop on this piece is approximately 52 cm, offering an easy crossbody fit for most heights. If you prefer a higher or lower carry, adjust the strap using the available holes.

Q: Does this specific piece have a closure?
A: This vintage example has an open top (no zip or snap). For added security and organisation, many customers use a small pouch or organiser inside.

Q: Is the strap removable?
A: No. The strap is fixed to the bag and not designed to be detached. It is adjustable for length.

Q: What is the bag made of, and what is the lining like?
A: The exterior is smooth black calfskin with an embossed Triomphe motif and gold‑toned hardware. The interior is lined in soft black suede, which gives a refined feel and helps protect contents from scratches.

Q: How does smooth calfskin wear in daily use?
A: Smooth calfskin is beautifully supple but can show small surface scratches more easily than grained leathers. Light marks may soften with gentle buffing using a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive surfaces and prolonged friction to maintain the finish.

Q: How should I care for this bag over time?
A: Keep it away from humidity and direct heat/sunlight; avoid contact with liquids, hand cream, make‑up and perfume. If the leather gets wet, dab (don’t rub) with a light, lint‑free cloth. Store it stuffed to hold its shape, in a breathable dust bag, in a cool, dry place. Do not use harsh cleaners or oils on the leather or suede lining.

Q: Will the suede lining be difficult to maintain?
A: Suede naturally has a soft, matte nap. Use a clean, soft brush to gently lift the nap if it flattens, and avoid liquids inside the bag. For any persistent marks, we recommend consulting a professional leather care specialist.
