Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: According to the product information, this bag comes with a serial number tag. Anything not listed there is not included. Please contact us if you would like confirmation.

Q: What does the serial number tell me?
A: The serial number indicates that this bag was produced between 2004 and 2005. Chanel serial numbers are used to identify the production period. The tag is included with the bag.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: This bag was made in France.

Q: How should I care for a vintage caviar leather bag?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Store the bag in a breathable dust bag, lightly stuffed to help it keep its shape.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully vetted by our in-house experts. They check the materials, stitching, hardware, stamps and serial numbers. We stand behind the authenticity of everything we sell.
