Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Caviar CC Tote Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 32 cm wide × 22 cm high × 12 cm deep. Compare these measurements with a bag you already own to get a sense of its size.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions suggest space for everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small make-up pouch. The exact capacity depends on the interior layout and the size of your belongings; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your device’s dimensions, including any protective sleeve, with the listed measurements of 32 × 22 × 12 cm. The usable interior space and opening will be smaller than the exterior dimensions, so measurements alone cannot guarantee a fit.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Caviar CC Tote Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 32 cm wide × 22 cm high × 12 cm deep. Compare these measurements with a bag you already own to get a sense of its size.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is Chanel caviar leather?
A: Caviar is the name commonly used for Chanel’s grained calfskin leather, recognised by its pebbled texture. It is generally more resistant to visible scratches than smooth lambskin, although it can still develop rubbing and signs of wear.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions suggest space for everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small make-up pouch. The exact capacity depends on the interior layout and the size of your belongings; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A serial number tag is listed in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Does beige caviar leather need extra care?
A: Light-coloured leather can show dirt and colour transfer from clothing, including dark denim. Avoid repeated rubbing against fabrics that may release dye. If staining occurs, seek specialist advice rather than using solvents or attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How should I clean and store this Chanel tote?
A: Gently wipe the bag with a soft, dry cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter its finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, lightly supported with tissue paper, and keep straps or hardware from pressing into the leather.
