Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel CC Bubble Bowler Bag?
A: This bag measures approximately 31 cm wide, 20 cm high and 9 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 24 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the interior layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: What colour and material is this bag?
A: This bag is camel-coloured, and the condition report identifies a leather exterior. The specific leather type is not stated in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is rated Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and scuffing on the leather, together with marks and stains. The lining has stains, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: A separate shoulder or crossbody strap is not listed in the product information. The handle measurement is 24 cm, but this alone does not confirm shoulder fit. Please contact us if you need confirmation of how it can be carried.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for the leather and protect the camel colour?
A: Use a soft cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the leather’s finish. Protect the bag from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and avoid prolonged contact with dark clothing to reduce the risk of colour transfer. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Do not attempt to remove the existing stains with household cleaners.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from sunlight and moisture. Wrap any straps or chains in tissue paper to help prevent contact marks. A storage pouch is not listed as included with this item.
