A: It measures approximately 17 cm wide, 15.5 cm high and 7.5 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 14 cm.

Q: What can fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its compact dimensions, it is best suited to small essentials such as a cardholder, keys and lipstick rather than larger everyday items. Phone fit depends on the handset, case and internal space, so compare your phone’s measurements with the bag’s dimensions before purchasing.

Q: What colour and material is this Chanel CC Caviar Kelly Top Handle Bag?
A: This bag is white and described as caviar leather in the product name.

Q: What are the bag’s measurements?
A: It measures approximately 17 cm wide, 15.5 cm high and 7.5 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 14 cm.

Q: What can fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its compact dimensions, it is best suited to small essentials such as a cardholder, keys and lipstick rather than larger everyday items. Phone fit depends on the handset, case and internal space, so compare your phone’s measurements with the bag’s dimensions before purchasing.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: This is a top-handle model. A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, and no strap measurement is provided, so shoulder or crossbody wear should not be assumed.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners and small marks on the leather. The interior is also rated Very Good, with light discolouration. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the bag come with a box and dust bag?
A: Yes, a box and dust bag are listed in the product information. An authenticity card is not listed as included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin information identifies this bag as made in France.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter the leather’s finish. Protect it from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture, and do not overfill it. If it gets wet, carefully blot it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag with light support inside to help preserve its shape.

Q: How can I help prevent colour transfer onto the white leather?
A: Avoid prolonged contact with dark or strongly dyed clothing, particularly where fabric rubs against the bag. CHANEL recommends limiting contact between light and dark colours to reduce the risk of colour bleeding. If a stain appears, seek professional advice rather than applying harsh cleaners.
