Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Lambskin Clutch Chain Bag?
A: The bag measures 18.5 cm wide, 12 cm high and 5.5 cm deep. The strap measurement is listed as 60 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it best suited to a small selection of essentials rather than larger belongings. Phone fit will depend on your device and case; compare their measurements with the bag’s dimensions and allow for the smaller usable interior. Avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Does this bag have a chain strap, and can it be worn crossbody?
A: This is a clutch chain bag, with a listed strap measurement of 60 cm. Crossbody suitability will depend on how that measurement was taken and your preferred fit. Strap adjustability and detachability are not specified in the product information, so please ask for confirmation if these features are important to you.

Q: What material and colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel clutch is made from black lambskin leather. Its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or unworn.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are therefore not included with this item.

Q: Does Chanel lambskin need special care?
A: Yes. Chanel lambskin is minimally treated to preserve its softness and suppleness, so it needs careful handling. Avoid repeated rubbing and protect it from moisture. This particular bag already has the light marks and scratches described in its condition report.

Q: How should I clean this lambskin bag, and what if it gets wet?
A: Use a soft cloth for gentle care and avoid cleaning products that could damage the finish. Keep the bag away from perfume, make-up and other chemicals. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth without rubbing. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat and moisture.

Q: How should I store the bag and protect the chain from marking the leather?
A: Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, with a little tissue paper inside to support its shape without stretching it. Wrap the chain in tissue paper so it does not press directly against the leather. A storage pouch is not included with this item.
