Q: What size is this Chanel CC Patent Single Flap Bag?
A: This is the medium variant, measuring approximately 26 cm wide, 17 cm high and 4 cm deep. Use these item-specific measurements rather than a general Chanel size guide when assessing its suitability.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it is best suited to a small selection of essentials, such as a phone, slim cardholder, keys and lipstick. Its shallow 4 cm depth limits bulkier items, and the exact fit depends on the size of your belongings. Avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: What does single flap mean?
A: A single flap bag has one outer flap covering the opening, without the additional inner flap found in a double flap design. This item is listed as a Chanel Single Flap model.

Q: What colour and finish does this bag have?
A: This bag is black with a glossy patent finish. Patent leather has a varnished surface that gives it its distinctive shine, but the finish still requires careful handling.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as pristine or unworn.

Q: How should I clean and care for the patent finish?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter the finish. Keep it away from perfume, make-up and other chemicals, and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth rather than rubbing.

Q: How should I store this bag?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from prolonged light and moisture. Protect any straps or chains with tissue paper to prevent them pressing against the surface. Avoid leaving the patent finish in prolonged contact with other coloured materials, as dye can transfer.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The supplied product information records France as its country of origin.
