Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Wallet On Chain bag?
A: This bag measures 19 cm wide, 11 cm high and 2 cm deep, making it a compact option for carrying a small selection of essentials.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its slim proportions are best suited to cards, cash and a few small essentials rather than a full-sized wallet or bulky items. The combination of items that fits will depend on their size. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing it closed.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit is not confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone’s dimensions, including its case, with the bag’s external measurements of 19 × 11 × 2 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and room for other essentials.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Crossbody suitability is not confirmed for this piece. The product information lists a handle measurement of 30 cm but does not provide a separate strap length. Please ask for confirmation of the chain’s usable length before purchasing if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What colour and finish is this bag?
A: This Chanel CC Patent Wallet On Chain bag is black with a glossy patent finish. The specific underlying leather type is not stated in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This piece is rated Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is not described as unused or pristine.

Q: When and where was this bag made?
A: The product information dates the serial number beginning 21 to 2015–2016 and lists France as the country of origin.

Q: Does this bag come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included. Please check the product information or contact us if you need confirmation of what accompanies this piece.

Q: How should I care for the patent finish?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid abrasive rubbing and cleaning products that could alter the finish. Protect the bag from prolonged sunlight, moisture, perfume and make-up. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice for persistent marks rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How should I store this bag?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Wrap the chain in tissue paper so it does not press against or mark the exterior. Avoid prolonged contact with differently coloured materials, as patent finishes can be vulnerable to dye transfer.
