Q: What typically fits inside this Chanel CC Wallet On Chain Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 17 x 15 x 4 cm, this bag is best for compact essentials such as a phone, cards, cash, keys and a lipstick. It suits light everyday use or evenings out rather than carrying bulky items. For the best idea of capacity, please refer to the Measurements and photos on this page.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: Yes. With a strap drop of approximately 55 cm, this Wallet On Chain style is generally suitable for crossbody or shoulder wear, depending on your height and preferred fit.

Q: Is this a practical everyday bag?
A: It can be, if you prefer to travel light. Chanel Wallet On Chain styles are popular because they combine a compact bag shape with wallet-like functionality, making them ideal for day-to-evening use, events and errands when you only need the essentials.

Q: Will a large smartphone fit inside?
A: Many standard smartphones should fit, but very large phones or phones in bulky cases may be a tight fit. As this piece measures approximately 17 cm wide and 15 cm high, we recommend comparing your phone to the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This item is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: When was this bag produced?
A: The serial number 26****** indicates production in the 2018-2019 period.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: This Chanel bag was made in France.

Q: Does this item come with any extras?
A: No additional accessories are listed in the product information for this item. If something is not stated there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Is a Wallet On Chain more like a bag or a wallet?
A: It is a hybrid of both. The Wallet On Chain format is designed to give you the convenience of a small shoulder or crossbody bag while keeping the compact, organised feel of a wallet, which is why it is a favourite for minimal carrying.

Q: How should I care for a pre-owned Chanel Wallet On Chain?
A: Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, avoid overfilling it, and gently wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth after use. To help preserve the shape, keep it lightly stuffed when not in use and handle the hardware carefully to minimise additional scratching.
