Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Jumbo Double Flap Bag?
A: It measures approximately 30 cm wide, 20 cm high and 9 cm deep. Its Jumbo size offers more room than the smaller Classic Flap styles, while the double-flap design means the usable interior is smaller than the exterior measurements suggest.

Q: What can I fit inside?
A: It is suited to everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a few small personal items. The exact fit depends on their size and how you pack; avoid overfilling the bag to help preserve its shape.

Q: Can I wear it on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The chain can be worn doubled for a shorter shoulder carry or extended for a longer carry. The listed strap measurements are 33/60 cm. Whether the longer setting sits comfortably crossbody will depend on your height and preferred fit.

Q: What does ‘double flap’ mean?
A: The bag has an inner flap beneath its outer flap. This gives it the characteristic Classic Double Flap construction, but also takes up some interior space.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is listed in very good condition. There are minor scratches on the exterior leather, light traces of use inside and scratches on the otherwise shiny hardware.

Q: When and where was this bag made?
A: The product information dates its partially masked serial number, 16******, to 2012 and lists France as the country of origin.

Q: What comes with the bag?
A: A serial number tag is listed in the product information. Other accessories are not specified, so please check the product information or ask for confirmation if a particular extra matters to you.

Q: What type of leather and hardware colour does it have?
A: The supplied product details do not specify the leather type or hardware colour. Please check the product photographs or request confirmation rather than assuming a particular finish.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft cloth, avoid care products that could affect the finish, and protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Do not overfill it. When storing it, keep it upright and wrap the chain in tissue paper so it does not mark the leather.
