Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Phone Holder Crossbody Bag?
A: It measures approximately 18 cm high × 8 cm wide × 5 cm deep. These are external measurements, so the usable space inside will be smaller.

Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Fit depends on your phone’s dimensions, including its case, and the bag’s opening and internal space. Compare your device with the listed measurements before purchasing. Compatibility with a particular phone model cannot be confirmed from the external dimensions alone.

Q: Can it hold anything besides a phone?
A: This is a compact phone-holder style rather than a full-sized handbag. Space for additional small essentials will depend on how much room your phone occupies. Avoid overfilling or forcing items inside.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody, and how long is the strap?
A: This model is a crossbody bag, and the listed strap measurement is 65 cm. The product information does not specify whether this is the full length or the strap drop, or whether the strap is adjustable or detachable.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good. The exterior is rated Good, with slightly scuffed corners. The interior is rated Very Good, with light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: Can the serial number confirm the bag’s production year?
A: The serial number is recorded as illegible, so a production year cannot be established from it. The presence of a serial number tag does not mean its number can be read.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: CHANEL recommends using a soft cloth and avoiding care products that could alter the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture; if it gets wet, gently blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper around the strap to help prevent marks.
