Q: What fits inside this Chanel Classic Wallet On Chain Bag?
A: This compact style is ideal for essentials such as cards, folded notes, a phone, keys, and a lipstick or other small beauty item. As this piece measures approximately 19 x 12 x 4 cm, it is best suited to light daily carry rather than bulky items.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody or on the shoulder?
A: The Wallet On Chain is designed for hands-free wear and can usually be worn on the shoulder or crossbody depending on your height and preferred fit. The strap length for this item is approximately 62 cm, so the way it sits may vary from person to person.

Q: Does this bag have built-in card slots and compartments?
A: Yes. This item features a beige textile lining with an interior zip pocket and card slots, making it practical for carrying essentials without needing a separate wallet. It also has an exterior rear slip pocket for slim items you want quick access to.

Q: What material and finish does this bag have?
A: According to the product information, this bag is made from metallic gold quilted leather with gold-tone hardware. It has the signature Chanel Wallet On Chain look, combining a compact wallet-style interior with the appearance of a small chain bag.

Q: What is the condition of this specific item?
A: This piece is listed in good condition. The exterior shows rubbing and scuffing on the edges and corners, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. We recommend reviewing all product images carefully for the most accurate impression of its current condition.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: This item includes the serial number tag as stated in the product information. If any other accessories are not listed in the product information, they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: When was this bag made?
A: The serial number information provided for this item indicates a production period of 2015 to 2016. It is also labelled as made in France.

Q: Is the Chanel Wallet On Chain practical for everyday use?
A: Many buyers choose the WOC for day-to-evening use because it is lightweight, elegant, and keeps essentials organised. It works especially well if you prefer carrying only a few daily items and want a compact luxury bag that can transition easily between casual and dressier settings.

Q: How should I care for this metallic leather bag?
A: Metallic leather should be handled with extra care to help preserve its finish. Avoid overfilling, moisture, rough surfaces, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place and lightly stuff it to help maintain its shape.
