Q: How large and heavy are these hoops?
A: Dimensions and weight are not provided for this pair. If size or wearing comfort is important to you, please request confirmation before purchasing rather than relying on measurements for similar Chanel earrings.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What condition are these Chanel Coco Mark Hoop Earrings in?
A: These pre-owned earrings are in very good condition, with light marks and scratches throughout the material. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What are these earrings made from, and are they solid gold?
A: The product information describes gold-tone metal with interwoven black leather and signature CC logo detailing. Gold-tone describes the finish, not solid gold. The exact metal composition and any gold purity are not specified.

Q: Are these earrings clip-on or suitable for pierced ears?
A: This pair has post-back fastenings for pierced ears. They are not clip-on earrings.

Q: Have these earrings been authenticated?
A: Yes. The product information states that their authenticity has been checked and certified by Kathrine, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery.

Q: Do these earrings come with a box or pouch?
A: No accessories are included with this pair, so a box or pouch is not supplied. Please refer to the product information for what is included.

Q: Where were these earrings made, and is their production year known?
A: These earrings are listed as made in France. No production year or serial number is provided in the product information, so their year or collection cannot be confirmed from the available details.

Q: How large and heavy are these hoops?
A: Dimensions and weight are not provided for this pair. If size or wearing comfort is important to you, please request confirmation before purchasing rather than relying on measurements for similar Chanel earrings.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: The metal alloy and post material are not specified, and the product information does not confirm that this pair is nickel-free or hypoallergenic. If you have known metal sensitivities, please ask for further material details before purchasing.

Q: How should I clean these earrings, and can they get wet?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Chanel advises avoiding water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaning solutions for costume jewellery. Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising, and apply perfume and make-up before putting them on. If they get wet, gently dab them dry with an absorbent, lint-free cloth.

Q: How should I store these earrings?
A: Store each earring separately in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in a lined jewellery box to help prevent scratches. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture. As no accessories are included, you will need to provide your own pouch or jewellery box.
