Q: What size is this Chanel Coco Mark Tote Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 38 cm wide, 30 cm high and 12 cm deep.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Its dimensions suggest room for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. Usable space depends on the interior layout and how you pack; avoid overloading the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the bag’s dimensions of 38 × 30 × 12 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and opening. External measurements alone do not guarantee a fit.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Good Condition. The exterior has sticky material with marks throughout, the interior has scratches and marks, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition notes before purchasing.

Q: Can the sticky exterior be cleaned or restored?
A: The exterior is specifically described as sticky, and a successful cleaning or restoration cannot be guaranteed. As the material is not specified, avoid applying household cleaners or conditioning products. Ask a specialist handbag restorer to assess the finish before attempting treatment.

Q: What is the strap measurement?
A: The listed strap measurement is 30 cm. The product information does not specify whether this is the total length or the drop, so it should not be treated as a confirmed shoulder drop. Please ask for clarification if carrying fit is important to you.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists an authenticity card, a serial number tag and a pouch. A box or dust bag is not listed as included.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The bag is listed as brown, and its country of origin is France.

Q: How should I care for and store this vintage Chanel tote?
A: Chanel recommends gentle handling, avoiding overloading, and keeping handbags away from prolonged sunlight, humidity and heat. Store the bag upright and protect any straps from pressure. Given this item’s sticky exterior, seek specialist advice before cleaning it or placing protective wrapping directly against the affected surface.
