Q: How is the interior organised?
A: The black textile-lined interior has three compartments and an internal zip pocket, helping you keep everyday essentials separate and smaller items together.

Q: What can I fit inside, and will it hold a laptop?
A: The bag should accommodate everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys and a small make-up pouch, depending on their size. Laptop fit has not been confirmed. Compare your device and sleeve with the listed measurements, allowing for the bag opening and divided interior rather than relying on the exterior dimensions alone. Avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?

Q: Has this Chanel bag been authenticated?

Q: When and where was this bag made?
A: The product information records France as the country of origin and dates the bag to 2011, with a serial number recorded as 15******.

Q: What is included with the bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so their inclusion should not be assumed.

Q: How should I clean and store the patent leather?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight and moisture, and avoid extended contact with coloured materials that could transfer dye. Store it upright in a protective fabric pouch, lightly filled with tissue paper to support its shape, with the chains wrapped in tissue to prevent marks. Seek specialist advice for persistent marks or a sticky finish rather than using household cleaning remedies.
