Q: Is this Chanel Pendant Necklace new or pre-owned?
A: This is a pre-owned necklace in Very Good Condition, with light signs of use. The hardware remains shiny and has light scratches.

Q: What colour is the necklace, and is it solid gold?
A: The necklace is listed as gold in colour. Its material and gold purity are not specified, so the colour description should not be taken as confirmation of solid gold or gold plating.

Q: How long is the necklace, and is it adjustable?
A: The necklace perimeter is listed as 70, although the measurement unit is not specified. Adjustability and pendant dimensions are not provided. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm these details if fit is important to you.

Q: Does this necklace come with a box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. An original box, pouch or authenticity card is therefore not included.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while exercising?
A: To help preserve its finish, remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. CHANEL recommends avoiding water and removing jewellery during exercise to protect it from knocks and scratches.

Q: How should I clean this necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaning solutions. As the exact material is not specified, seek specialist advice before attempting polishing or deeper cleaning.

Q: How can I help prevent tarnishing or discolouration?
A: Apply perfume and make-up before putting on the necklace, and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, strong light and heat. If it gets wet, gently dab it dry with an absorbent, lint-free cloth. Care can help preserve the finish, but it cannot guarantee that the appearance will remain unchanged over time.

Q: How should I store the necklace?
A: Store it separately from other jewellery in a soft pouch or lined compartment to reduce scratching. Keep it away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. A storage pouch is not included with this item.

Q: Is this necklace suitable for sensitive skin?
A: The metal composition and nickel content are not specified, so suitability for sensitive skin cannot be confirmed. If you have a known metal sensitivity, please ask A Retro Tale for further material information before purchasing.
