Q: What does size 57 mean for this Chanel tweed hat?
A: The hat is listed as size 57. In standard European hat sizing, this generally corresponds to a head circumference of approximately 57 cm. This is a sizing guide rather than a verified measurement of this particular hat; contact us if you need further fit information.

Q: How do I measure my head to check the fit?
A: Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head where the hat will sit, just above your ears and across your forehead. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug, without pulling it tight. Repeat the measurement and compare the result in centimetres with the listed size 57.

Q: What condition is this hat in?
A: This pre-owned hat is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior are described as showing light traces of use. Please review the product photographs to assess its appearance before purchasing.

Q: What colour is this Chanel hat?
A: The hat is listed as multicolour. Please refer to the product photographs for its colour combination and pattern.

Q: What material is the hat made from?
A: The product is described as a tweed hat. Its exact fibre composition is not specified in the product information, so it should not be assumed to be pure wool or any particular blend.

Q: Does the hat come with a box?
A: Yes, a box is included according to the product information. No other accompanying items are listed.

Q: How should I clean this Chanel tweed hat?
A: Follow any care label inside the hat and seek advice from a professional cleaner experienced with delicate tweed and structured headwear before cleaning. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying and applying fragrance or hairspray directly to the fabric. If a thread catches or pulls, do not tug it; ask a CHANEL boutique or textile specialist for advice.

Q: How should I store the hat?
A: Store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it protected from dust and avoid placing anything heavy on top of it. The included box can help protect it from being crushed, provided the hat is completely dry before being put away.
