Q: What condition is this Chanel Vintage Coco Mademoiselle Pendant Necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is listed in Very Good Condition. Its hardware is shiny with light scratches, so some signs of previous wear should be expected.

Q: What are the measurements of this necklace?
A: The product information lists a height of 40 cm and a width of 1 cm. A separate chain circumference and pendant measurement are not provided, so these dimensions should not be interpreted as a confirmed chain length.

Q: Is this necklace made from solid gold?
A: The listed colour is gold, but the product information does not specify the metal composition or confirm whether it is gold-plated or solid gold. The colour alone should not be taken as confirmation of precious-metal content.

Q: Does this necklace come with a box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. An original Chanel box, pouch or authenticity card is therefore not included.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: Avoid wearing it in the shower or while swimming. CHANEL advises keeping costume jewellery away from water and moisture to protect its finish. If it gets wet, gently dab it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not shed fibres.

Q: How should I clean this vintage Chanel necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to help preserve its shine. Avoid water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaning solutions. Apply perfume and make-up before putting the necklace on to reduce direct contact with potentially damaging products.

Q: Can the finish change or tarnish over time?
A: Jewellery finishes can change with wear and exposure to moisture, cosmetics and skin contact. CHANEL notes that costume jewellery develops a natural patina over time. Careful handling and dry storage can help preserve its appearance, but a permanently unchanged finish cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How should I store this necklace?
A: Store it separately from other jewellery in a soft pouch or a lined compartment to reduce scratching. Keep it away from humidity, heat and prolonged exposure to sunlight. As no accessories are included, you will need to provide your own suitable storage.
