Q: What size is this Chopard Happy Sport watch?
A: The case diameter is 26 mm, giving it a compact profile. This measurement describes the watch case, not the bracelet length or wrist fit.

Q: Will this watch fit my wrist?
A: The bracelet circumference is not specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the current fit and whether adjustment is possible before purchasing; spare links are not listed as included.

Q: Is this watch quartz or automatic?
A: Reference 27/8250-23 is a quartz model, powered by a battery rather than an automatic movement. It does not require winding. The date of its last battery replacement is not specified.

Q: Why do the diamonds move around the dial?
A: Moving diamonds are a signature feature of Chopard’s Happy Sport collection. They sit between two sapphire crystals and move freely as your wrist moves; this movement is part of the design, rather than a sign of loose stones.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned watch in?
A: This watch is graded Very Good Condition. Its hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, so some visible signs of previous wear should be expected. Please review the product photographs for a closer look.

Q: Does this watch come with a box and papers?
A: The product information lists a box and an outer box. Papers and an authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Can I wear this watch while swimming or showering?
A: Do not assume that this pre-owned watch is suitable for swimming or showering. Its current water resistance has not been confirmed in the product information. Keep it out of water unless a professional has tested it and confirmed its suitability; Chopard recommends annual water-resistance checks.

Q: How should I care for and service this watch?
A: Gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products or abrasive polishing. For battery replacement, servicing or concerns about the moving diamonds, use an official Chopard service centre. The service history of this particular watch is not specified.

Q: What year was this watch made?
A: The production year is not specified in the product information. Its reference number is 27/8250-23, but a reference number alone does not establish the manufacturing year of an individual watch.
