Q: What size is this Christian Dior scarf?
A: According to the product information, this scarf measures 50 x 50 cm. This is a compact square scarf size that works especially well as a neck scarf, hair scarf, wrist accent or bag accessory.

Q: What material is this scarf made from?
A: This item is a Christian Dior cotton scarf. Cotton is lightweight, breathable and easy to style year-round, making it a practical choice for everyday wear.

Q: What colour is this scarf?
A: The product information lists the colour as green.

Q: Is this scarf suitable for women or men?
A: Yes. The product information lists this piece as unisex, so it can be styled by anyone.

Q: What condition is this vintage scarf in?
A: This scarf is listed in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use. As a vintage item, gentle signs of wear are normal and part of its character.

Q: What accessories are included with this item?
A: No accessories are included. Please refer to the product information for the full included set for this item.

Q: Does this scarf have a serial number or date code?
A: No serial number is listed in the product information for this item. With vintage scarves, authentication is typically based more on the label, print quality, finishing and overall construction than on a bag-style serial number.

Q: How can I wear a 50 x 50 cm Dior scarf?
A: A scarf in this size is especially versatile. It can be folded into a slim neckerchief, tied at the side of the neck, worn in the hair, wrapped around the wrist or knotted onto a handbag handle for a polished accent.

Q: How should I care for a vintage cotton scarf?
A: Always follow any care label if present. For a vintage cotton scarf, gentle handling is best: avoid harsh detergents, strong heat and wringing. If cleaning is needed, careful hand washing in cool water or professional cleaning is usually the safest option, then dry it flat and store it away from direct sunlight.

Q: How do you authenticate Dior scarves?
A: At A Retro Tale, every item is vetted by in-house experts. Authentication typically involves reviewing details such as the label, stitching, fabric quality, print alignment and overall craftsmanship, together with the item’s vintage characteristics.
