Q: What are the bag’s measurements?
A: It measures 29 cm wide, 16 cm high and 0.5 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 44 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: The listed depth of 0.5 cm indicates a very slim profile, so it is best considered for a small selection of flat essentials rather than bulky items. Phone and wallet fit cannot be confirmed from the external measurements alone; compare your essentials with the dimensions before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag. Although the strap measurement is 44 cm, the product information does not specify whether this is the full length or the drop. Crossbody suitability, adjustability and detachability are therefore not confirmed.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What material and colour is this Christian Dior CD Chain Bag?
A: This bag is made from black leather. The specific leather type is not stated in the product information.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the leather. The interior shows light signs of use and slight stains, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does the bag come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A dust bag, box and authenticity card are therefore not supplied with this item.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label is France. A production year is not provided in the product information.

Q: Is a chain-strap bag comfortable for everyday use?
A: Comfort varies with the weight carried, clothing and personal preference. Keeping the contents light may make a chain strap more comfortable, particularly during longer periods of wear. This specific bag’s weight is not listed.

Q: How should I care for and store this leather bag?
A: Remove surface dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat and moisture. Store it in a dry place inside a separate breathable dust bag, with the chain positioned so it does not press into the leather. As the leather finish is unspecified and the interior has slight stains, seek advice from a specialist leather-bag cleaner before applying cleaning products.
