Q: What condition is this Christian Dior J'Adior Pearl Choker Necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is in very good condition, with light marks and scratches throughout the material. The hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at the wear.

Q: What size is this necklace?
A: The necklace perimeter is recorded as 36 cm, while the product description lists a length of 38 cm. As these measurements differ, please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the length before purchasing, particularly if you need a precise fit.

Q: Is the necklace adjustable, and how does it fasten?
A: Yes. It has an adjustable extender chain with a DIOR charm and fastens with a lobster clasp. The minimum and maximum wearable lengths are not specified in the product information.

Q: Is this necklace made from solid gold?
A: It is described as antique gold-tone metal, not solid gold. The gold colour refers to its finish; the base metal composition and gold purity are not specified in the product information.

Q: Are the pearls natural or cultured?
A: Neither. The pearl accents are white resin pearls, rather than natural or cultured pearls. They decorate the curb chain and border the central J'ADIOR motif.

Q: Has this necklace been authenticated?
A: Yes. According to the product information, its authenticity has been checked and certified by Kathrine, who has 20 years of experience in vintage and luxury jewellery. This does not indicate that a separate certificate is included.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Germany in the product information.

Q: Does it come with a Dior box or pouch?
A: No. The product information states that no accessories are included, so this necklace does not come with a Dior box or pouch.

Q: Can I wear this choker in the shower or while swimming?
A: Remove it before showering, swimming or exercising to help protect the gold-tone finish and resin pearl accents. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and household chemicals, and allow cosmetics to dry before putting it on.

Q: How should I clean and store this necklace?
A: Gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid soaking it, using chemical cleaners or rubbing it with abrasive materials. Store it separately from other jewellery in a soft pouch or lined compartment in a dry place away from humidity. A storage pouch is not included.
