Q: What typically fits inside this Gucci Jackie?
A: With measurements of approximately 37 × 22 × 9 cm, it comfortably holds a long wallet, smartphone, sunglasses case, keys and a small cosmetics pouch. An A5 diary or iPad mini can fit; A4 documents or a 13-inch laptop will not. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact sizing.

Q: Is the strap adjustable and can I wear it crossbody?
A: This vintage model has a single flat top handle with an approximate 25 cm drop and is designed to sit neatly under the shoulder. It does not include a long strap and is not intended to be worn crossbody.

Q: How does the piston-lock closure work?
A: Press the piston to release, lift the strap to open, then align and push back until you feel a click to close. Avoid overfilling so the clasp aligns cleanly and remains secure.

Q: What is Guccissima leather?
A: Guccissima is genuine leather embossed with Gucci’s signature interlocking GG motif. It offers a refined look with more structure than smooth leathers while retaining a supple hand.

Q: How should I care for the ecru Guccissima leather?
A: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear; keep away from rain, oils and alcohol-based products; avoid prolonged contact with dark textiles to minimise colour transfer; and store stuffed in a breathable dust bag, out of direct sunlight.
