Q: What size is this Gucci Horsebit Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 29 cm wide, 18 cm high and 10 cm deep.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a compact wallet, keys and a few small cosmetics. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the interior layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag, with a strap measurement of 48 cm. Crossbody suitability and strap adjustability are not confirmed in the product information, so do not assume it offers the same carrying options as other Horsebit models.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is in Very Good Condition overall. The exterior has minor scuffing on the piping, with scratches and marks throughout the leather. The interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is the bag, and where was it made?
A: The bag is brown, and its country-of-origin label states Italy. The condition notes identify leather on the exterior, but the specific leather type is not stated.

Q: Does this bag include a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included with this item, as stated in the product information.

Q: How does A Retro Tale check authenticity?
A: A Retro Tale states that its items undergo a two-step authentication process involving specialist suppliers and its own experts. The retailer guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells.

Q: How should I clean and care for the leather?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping leather with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid cleaning or protective products, which may alter the finish or cause stains. Keep the bag away from direct light, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently dry it promptly with a soft cloth.

Q: How should I store the bag between uses?
A: Store it away from direct light, heat and humidity, and avoid placing other items on top. Gently fill it with tissue paper to help preserve its shape, and use a suitable flannel dust bag purchased separately, as no accessories are included.
