Q: Where was this bag made?

Q: How should I clean the patent leather?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping leather bags with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid cleaning or protective products, as they may alter the appearance or cause stains. For the existing marks and discolouration, seek advice from Gucci or a specialist rather than attempting home treatments.

A: Store it in the included dust bag without placing other items on top. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If it gets wet, gently dry it straight away with a soft cloth.
